So matey, which bit is causing you problems? AS provides some good help so check it out and then, if you are confused, feel free to post any questions that you might have for the 'old hands' to answer...
I'm not sure how to activate a snipe.What do I have to do after I import my item that i wish to snipe?

Today when i tryed to go into my snipes I get an error that says .net sqlclient data provider: timeout expired but I just signed in and there is no way the timeout expired.What is going on?? I have been watch an item in my snipes an now I can't get into it.

This subject has been covered extensively in the Auction Sniper Support section of the Forum. You might want to check in and read all about it there. Basically, Auction Support maven Sara B. wrote:

"It's due to the new eBay item page. Since we pull data off of it many things are broken. We are working on getting all of our code to pull things from the new page format and should have the site going again in the next few hours.
"All snipes should be firing as planned.
"If you do log in please DO NOT USE the update item info button. It wont work, and will only make things worse. I'll post again when I know more."
In an addendum, Sara B. suggested that AS subscribers may wish to use manual snipes in addition to or instead of AS snipes. I'd recommend using both, or just sticking with AS based on her assurance that snipes will be entered as programmed, above.
