New Sniper. Did not work

I did my first snipe. Excited that I would be able to sleep and win an auction. It did not even go through. I should have stayed awake had I known this would happen. AuctionSniper has not impressed me yet. Can not refer this to friends if this happens. Any coments?

We did maintenance from 12:45am-1:15am ish. Normally we make sure all snipes in those times still fire while we do maintenance but I think that might not have happened this time since we did it at a different day and time because of Thanksgiving.
