2 Pos + 1 Neg = 50% overall positive.

10 Pos + 1 Neg = 90% overall positive.

As long as you keep doing a good job and you pay on time as a buyer and do your packaging and shipping in a good and quick manner - your positives will increase as well as your overall rating. You'll never reach a 100% but you will come close.
