Well, things have finally calmed down a bit today. And I'm glad to say that we've fixed most of the problems users have seen.
It appears the culprit was (deja vu all over again)... eBay changing some of their pages. For awhile last night we were unable to scrape some eBay info and it seems to have wreaked havok on the MySnipes page. We fixed most of it and have updated our database to include the missing info from eBay.
I'll continue to monitor the site today to make sure no other showstopper problems come up. Some of you may have noticed that the feedback rating on the mysnipes page is now missing. That won't get fixed until tomorrow when everybody is back in the office during normal work hours.
Sorry for the inconveince this may have caused any of you. Also, if you have any open support cases about today's trouble, the support staff will be updated on the current status of the site and you should get a response within the next 24 hours.
