My Snipes was never updated as to an outbid !

I had received an alert about an outbid so I increased my max bid and then proceeded to refresh my screen several times in the last few auction minutes. I was always in the green. Imagine my surprise when I lost the auction because someone had gone over my max a couple minutes before the end and Auctionsniper did not notify me !!!! The outbid was around 2 minutes before the end and I had refreshed my screen several times after that ! Boy am I disappointed in this website ! If I had done this all on my own on eBay, I could have won the item ! Thanks a lot !

To anyone new to AS: "Refreshing" doesn't update the current bid amount. You have to click on "Update items info" on "My Snipes" page. AS has wisely given each user the option of deciding if they want to take the time to have AS get the current prices. AS does periodically update current bid amounts on your snipes. Also, delete Bid Group folders after you've used them, and use 8+ seconds for lead times.

p.s. - I agree with Steve that complaints should be handled by filling a support case.
