My Snipes Should Have Won-But Got Reply "Did Not Win" ???

Just had 2 auctions end on Ebay that I should have won.My bids were way over final winning bid.Got notices from AuctionSnipe that said "Did Not Win" and to then click on the Ebay response to why.Clicked on and then tried confirmation also and there is nothing there to explain.What is this about.I wanted those items!!

This exact thing happened to me. Have you recenlty changed your password on eBay and forget to update it in auction sniper?
