my snipes page not loading/ how much is my max bid?

hi complete newbie for AS here. when Im clicking on my snipes tab, im now getting page not found message when i wasnt 2 minutes ago. server issue?

also i THINK i have set my max bid but it's not abundantly clear to me if ive got it right.max bid also seems to refer to current highest bid required.

On the “page not found”, be sure that you check “Remember me”. If you’ve done that and are still having problems, use this link: http://support.auctionsniper.com/

For “Max bid” refer to this link: http://www.auctionsniper.com/f...ipes.aspx#faq_3a_lbl
If it’s still not clear, the max bid in AS works the same as the max bid in ebay. AS will only place one snipe/bid for you, and it will use your max bid.
