this is my 1st post on the help board but i've exchanged 2 emails with support to no avail. i've used this service for months with no problems until the past 30 days. i've lost 3 items because after i placed a snipe bid, it just disappeared as though i never placed it at all. the first time i thought maybe i made a mistake but the second time i knew it wasn't me because i had another person double check my snipes and i even signed back in to make sure they are still there. and now after last nite i am absolutely positive there's a problem in the AS system. i placed a snipe around 5:30 last nite for an item i REALLY wanted, #5458630384. the auction ended without my bid. when i signed back into AS, there's not a trace of my snipe but an item i bought the day before and deleted from the page is back in view! this is not happening with every snipe but it is happening and once is too much! i've enjoyed AS and don't really want to search for another sniper program so can't someone please investigate this instead of telling me that i must only think i placed the snipe?
