My Snipes current price not being updated

Hi all,

In my snipes where my active snipes are listed, for some reason the current price listed for the items is incorrect and although I may have a higher max price than the current price listed on my snipes I still won't win coz on ebay the price has already gone up.

Is there anyway to synchronize the current price on my snipes to match the current price on ebay? the current price I see is that of about an hour ago, I try reloading but still shows old price. Thanks a lot and sorry if this has already been asked.

Click on [Update Prices] to get the current auction info.

AS will automatically update the price, but it’s based on when the auction ends – the closer to the end of the auction, the more often the price is updated. To avoid taking the extra time to check the current information each time the “My Snipes” page is loaded, AS only updates it periodically. If you had several snipes active, the “My Snipes” page would be delayed each time it was displayed if it had to retrieve the current price. There is no automatic setting – the only thing to guarantee the current info is to click on “Update Prices”, or watch the auction on your “My ebay” page, or click on the link to the auction on the “My Snipes” page.

There are some free online live auction watching sites. Some of you folks have helped me find them and they are great. But, I am not good enough computer person to transfer the info. One of the others will have to do it.
Hope they read this and come to your aid.
