My bidgroup snipe did not fire; auction ended but status says READY

If you are sincere about changing services, I’d suggest using Google, or maybe even ebay’s forums, to locate one. When selecting a site, I recommend that one of the criteria be the availability of a forum. Without a forum, it would be a lot easier for a service to keep problem(s) hidden from the general public. After all, the service could respond to any support request with a, “Nope, you’re the only one having the problem.”

having the same problem!!!! all links seem to be out of order for help too! did these snipes for a friend and they are really teeed off at me!

Auctionsniper is broken. In the last 5 days I've had 20 bids out of 22 fail to fire. 3 of those would have been winners. I reported it a day ago, but they're still not firing. I'll give it another day before switching to EZSniper.com.

I've just had the same problem. I had a bid in a bid group set up, and it didn't fire. I had a delay of 5 seconds, maybe that wasn't enough.

Anyone know what's up with the auctionsniper systems?

Same here. Happened twice in the last few days. My lead time was 9 seconds. In fact, these were the only two auctions that I would have been high bidder. Just like others, it says "Ready". One other note, the last time AS made a bid on an auction for me was on 3/12/06. It seemed to be working then.

I think the bid groups just don't work at all right now. I've never seen a single snipe fire that's ben placed in a group, but haven't run into any problems outside of them yet (except for the slow auction sniper servers).
This is a conventient function that will have me looking around for a service with it if it doesn't work soon. I prefer auction sniper though as I get a decent amount of control in an easy setup.

If something is wrong with Auction Sniper, they should say so. My bids also did not get placed. They should have warned me that their bidgroups are not working! What is the matter with these people, don't they care???
