I have entered the item number and the amount, and clicked on the button "add". My internet connection is very slow, so the confirmation page comes in ca. 10 seconds. During this loading time I decided to raise the bid and I clicked on "add" once again allthough the load of the page was not finished yet. Now neither the bid is visible in "my snipes" nor I can't add this item once again. Auctionsniper always sais: "this item is already listed in my snipes". I have tried to reaload the page, logout and login once again, started my pc once again and tried to log in with another internet browser. All this without result. Now I don't know if the bid on this auction is active or not and I don't know whitch amount is saved. What can I do know?
