My account. Invalid?

I asked to resend my password. The server said my email isnt on an account. so, still being logged in, i went to my user details. copy + pasted my email in (its correct; BTW) still, nothing. another error message.

When i put in my username and pw in this form, it tells me thats invalid also. i have a very important auction tomorrow. I usually snipe by hand, and with some visual basic programs i made, but i wont be home for the sniper tomorrow, so i am going to give this system a try. can we get this cleared up, so i can actually win this item?
