Sig had an error because it's Amateur Night at the Adobe Photoshop. Trying to edit .gif's in a program that's written for .jpg's! Not to mention posting multiple versions at Photobucket, and trying to get my extensions and versions straight... But I think I've got it now! (do you have a "fingers crossed" smiley?)

How about telling us 'Yanks' some of your colorful folklore? I always like the Ned Kelly story! Beats the crap out of our 'Billy the Kid'
FYI - I worked for 'Outback Steakhouse' for 3 years ... while it has almost nothing to do with Australia we did have to learn some interesting things I've wondered if the Sydney Outback ever opened ... they had to totally re-word the menu to avoid offending (we serve 'kookaburra wings' here!).

Our local Pub now serves..."Kangaroo Stew", "Crocodile Steaks" and "Emu Sausages".
Not really my cup of tea, I did have the Crocodile Steaks and they were quite tasteless.
I have heard about your "Outback Steakhouses" and now there are some places that Sell our "Meat Pies" over there.
Ned Kelly is one of my favorite stories, they have just made 2 movies about it in the past few years. One is an absolute corker and its a total rip-off but funny as, its just called "Ned" and other is the actual tale of the The Kelly Gang and stars Orlando Bloom and Heath Ledger (Worth watching just for a perve).
