I don't seem to be able to modify or delete bid groups, and I want to make sure that I'm trying to do it correctly. I go to "My Snipes" > "Manage Folders" which takes me to:

I see my bid groups listed on the right-hand side of the page under "Folders & Bidgroups."
Within the section for each bid group is a box where is specified the maximum number of auctions I would like to win for that bid group. The numbers that appear in these boxes reflect the number of wins I specified when I created the bid groups using the box on the top-left on this page titled, "Create a Folder."
When I change the numbers in these boxes and click on the "update" link to the right I would expect for the newly-entered numbers to take hold. After doing this, however, when I refresh the page or navigate to a different page and come back the original numbers are back. Isn't this the correct way to change the number of wins?
Also, I am assuming that the "delete" link to the right of each of these sections is to delete that bid group. Yet, when I click on it nothing happens.
Please forgive me if this has already been discussed. Before posting I searched for topics having to do with bid groups but did not see where anyone had previously discussed this issue.
