Hi Rongto49as,

Thanks for contributing to our forum. We are aware that our mobile app is not currently working properly on iPads that run iOS7 and we hope to release a new version to address that issue in the near future, but I am unable to provide a specific estimate of when the update will be available at this time.

For the time being, I recommend using our mobile website on your iPad, which you can access by opening up Safari (or another browser) and entering: http://www.auctionsniper.com/mobile into the address bar.

We apologize for any inconveniences this may be causing.
