Missed Three Snipes - Didn't fire (March 21st)

I missed three snipes because they didn't fire. After some reading on the forum, it seems that this has been a problem for over a week now.

I don't mind that auction sniper is having technical problems, but I really would like them to communicate this information...

More specifically, if they don't acknowledge the problem in a public forum, (like on their main web page), then how do I know when it's fixed.

I think that an email to all registed users would be in order along with a follow up order when it's fixed.

The worst thing is to lose several auctions, think you've done something wrong, and then find out that it's a problem w/ auction sniper, but they didn't notify you. (I was using a bid group for my items).
