Hi Community,

We are currently receiving several reports in which snipes have not been placed successfully due to the end times being listed incorrectly by eBay for at least some items following the time change this morning.

Our engineering team has reported the problem to eBay's technical team for further investigation and, while we have not received an estimate of when the issue will be resolved at this point, we will update this thread to let you know as soon as any additional information becomes available.

If you have missed any snipes as a result of this problem, you should be able to redeem your losses for free snipe credits using the form on the following page of our site: http://www.auctionsniper.com/freesnipes.aspx

We apologize for any inconveniences this issue is causing!

Hi Community,

We have noticed a significant reduction in the number of items that are impacted by this problem so it appears that progress is being made, but we are still waiting for the issue to be fully addressed as we explore possible workarounds. We will continue to keep you posted on this issue through this thread as additional information becomes available.

Hi Community,

While we are still seeing some items with incorrect end dates, our engineering team has recently made a change to our software in effort to recognize when that problem exists and determine when the bids need to be placed in another manner.

There still may be a few more missed snipes over the next hour or so while our service catches up on fixing any remaining incorrect data, but this change should allow our service to successfully place bids on these items that display incorrect end times on eBay once that process is complete.

Thank you very much for your patience. If you encounter any further difficulties, please contact our customer support team by mousing over the “Help” tab on our site and selecting the “Contact Support” option.
