I see that minimal step for my bid product is 2.5$. I set max bid = 220$
When Auction Sniper make a bid, it place bid = current bid + 2.5$? Can I change this parameter from 2.5 to 5$?

No. Depends on what the top bid is. If your snipe is higher, you would add up to an increment, and that's what the price would be.
