Mass Deletes for Lost Auctions

Hello all -

I've been using AuctionSniper for some time now, but was wondering if anyone else has been having problems deleting mass groups of Lost Auctions (or other FINISHED auctions for that matter). I go to the LOST tab, check the 'check all' box, and then click the 'Delete' tab next to it. It simply comes back and tells me something like 'could not cancel one or more snipes at this time'. But I'm not trying to cancel (that's for a currently-running auction). The action button (delete/cancel) changes appropriately when I switch between 'Active' and 'Ended' auctions, but it seems the behind-the-scenes code is still trying to Cancel when I actually need to Delete. Any ideas? Does this need to go to AuctionSniper for a fix, or am I missing something?

Needs to go to AS for a fix. Others have had the same problem. I haven't noticed because I don't snipe that often, and delete as they end or before if I know I'm outbid.

Make the suggestion/complaint from the help page. At the very bottom is 'File a Support Case'.

Keep the email you receive, you'll need it to access/update your comments.

Thanks, Puppy Raiser, I'll do that. Any given day I usually have about 25-30 auctions with snipes set up, and sometimes don't get back to them for days, so they've usually ended before I can just 'mass cancel' those that went over my max.

check for a snipe with a missing status, and uncheck it. That's my guess, but still file a support case.
