There is if you're getting that error! I haven't seen any other emails to support on it though so it may just be with your account or that particualr eBay item.

If you can copy and paste all the text from the error message and email it to: support@auctionsniper.com I'm sure the programmers will be able to fix it.

What I'd suggest trying for now is this:

1.) sign out of AuctionSniper by clicking the sign out link at the top of the page.

2.) close all your web browsers.

3.) open web browser and go back to auctionsniper.com and sign back in.

4.) try adding the snipe again.

Let me know how that goes. If you get the error again copy and paste it and include the eBay item # and the other values you are entering.

When I returned to my AS bid page after posting my comment, I was able to enter my bid without any further problem. Things seem to be normal now, but if I get that error again I'll copy it and send it to you. If it's any help, I recall that part of the message involved "Line 810", "Line 820", and several other lines.
