Make it easier to change multiple snipes

As a suggestion, it would be nice if you could select multiple snipes to modify in a group. Example: I just needed to raise my minimum bid on about ten CDs. I had to go to each one individually, click modify, wait for the entire screen to refresh and the modify screen to appear (since I am stuck with a 56K dialup, REALLY a pain), make the change, click OK, go through the entire refresh again, select the next item to modify, etc. This took about 1-2 minutes per item not counting the several times that AS just seemed to stall reloading the screen

We're changing the modify back to the old way where it pops up a box. That should make things much faster again, especially when you are making changes to many bids.
