Hi,

I'm curious... I read your news and announcements forums and I see that from time to time, you made maintanance to your server and during that time, the snipes recorded are placed a lot of time prior to the actual ending time of the auction.

I wonder why you do not send your customer an email warning about the situation... I snipe 20 minutes early is not a snipe at all.. Not to mention the useless.

I would prefer to receive an email as soon as you know there will be a maintanance downtime sometime (one day before at least) so I can decide if I prefer to cancel my snipe and manually snipe my item.

Regards,
Will

I'm uncertain how this will effect bidding and sniping, but thought I'd give you all a heads-up.
