Have to sing the praises of Auction Sniper and how easy it is to use. You people should train Mr. Gates' crew in how to make a program truly user-friendly. Even when this novice working with a computer from the ice age has a problem, getting a response from your technicians that really works is not only quick, it's easy to comprehend and I'm not treated like the novice I am.

I've been e-baying for about a year and never could figure out how I was getting beat in the last minute. Thanks to AuctionSniper myself and my company which buy lots of computer equipment are now winning bids consistantly. Won 4 in the last 48hrs. Still lost 3 because my snipe was too low. But what the heck.... We're all ebaying for great deals. I've referred to my select friends now also.... Glad AS is out here. It's frustrating to sit and manually bid in the last seconds and still lose because of bidding wars.
Now I'm that unknown coming in at the last second.
