I'm pretty pleased with AS so far. I always *had* the best intentions to bid and then forgot. I've lost so many things I know I would have won! Now I bid what I want and your software takes care of it. If I lose, that's OK. My best bid went in. The cost is modest and entirely worth the convenience.

What I'm enjoying especially is that I'm a customer of yours and AS is a customer of Infopop (I work for them). I'm so pleased to see how the forums are used. Perfect for support.

My compliments to the team that did the site wide integration. Very, very well done!

I'd bet they know and are already working on it. We love Infopop. It's a great product, has always worked well for us, and any issues that come up are resolved in a timely fashion and almost always without a word from us. It's great.

We've used Infopop now for over 4 years and it's saved us a signifcant amount of resources on support by allowing us to spread the message to more than one customer at once. Additionally if we're unreachable customers can talk amongst themselves which makes for happier users. Nothing is worse then not knowing what is going on when there's a problem. And we're fans of building a community of users around our users that share common interest. It's an enjoyable place to hang out and just chat with other snipers.

If anyone here ever has the need to set up a message board then Infopop is the way to go. I cruise the internet all day and while I've only ever really seen 2 other nice boards but Infopop is always a little nicer. Truely the leader in their field.
