LOST LAST TWO AUCTIONS!!!

This is the 2nd time in a row I've lost an auction because of Auction Sniper!!! This time I waited 6 DAYS AND 22 HOURS for this item and I got the same response as last time!!! "DID NOT WIN" Auction Sniper blames eBay that they didn't get my bid in on time - ALMOST A WHOLE WEEK?!?!?!?

The last auction I lost cost me $50 to rebid on it! You guys are costing me time AND money!!! I can't even rebid on this 2nd item, it was sold to a LOWER bidder!!!!!

WHAT'S GOING ON?!?!?!? I can't trust this software any longer - and you better not be charging me for these lost snipes!

First of all, you are only charged for snipes that win and the first three wins are free! You need to give us the auction numbers you are speaking about so we can see what is happening. Also, what did you set your snipe time at? How long ago you set it doesn't tell us a thing!

Seems to that AS "randomly" adjusts the snipe times. Why are we given the option to adjust it ourselves, & then have them "readjust" it?

While I tend to agree we should have the option for no adjustment, or at least have it explained in the FAQs what really happens, I don't think you can say AS 'randomly' pick lead times.

Until that option is added, I'd rather my bid be placed early than not at all. Check the first post in this thread.

Looks like it's just bad luck to me. Both those items ended exactly on a half hour, one of them at 6pm on a Sunday.

This is exactly why we adjust such snipes. Unfortunately even that's not always enough. Sometimes eBay just doesn't process bids quickly enough even when we send them with 20-30 seconds.

On Sunday that happened to about 1 in ever 350 snipes we placed as an example. Ovearll that's pretty good, but not if you were that 1.
