logo on ebay auctions

Hi,
I was going to have the AS logo button on my auctions, and I even cut and pasted the one from my account and put it in my "About Me" page.
After I did that, I can see my email address when I move my cursor over the button. I don't want just anyone having my email address. I know winning bidders get my address, but people browsing to my auction should not be gettng that.
Why don't you use and account # or some other id # that wouldn't show up??
I get enough spam without providing my email to millions of people.

Regarding logo on your auctions, this is from AS' faq:

I’ve got the sellers box checked for your banner, but it’s not working?

We’ve disabled that. We're no longer recommending the banner link, as eBay has canceled some seller's auctions with the link. It's inconsistently applied, probably because of the sheer number of auctions going, nevertheless some of our customers had their auctions canceled. You can however, create an about ME page for yourself on eBay, and put us there.

That's doesn't answer why your address is showing on the ME page, but you want to avoid putting the link on your auctions.

That's how I heard about AS--from a logo at the very bottom of someone's auction.
