Hi folks....If you enter the chat community and you have rebooted your computer or cleared cookies you will have to re-enter your info on the main A.S. screen as well as the A.S. chat screen...On the chat screen (upper left) just place your cursor over "login" and click...then enter your info....if you don't do this A.S. chat will say you're a guest....even though you are a registered sniper..... thank you for replying so quick. I have only been on ebay for 6 days and i am winning 5 auctions and i have 5 snips out i hope i win, any advice?

Any advise I offer is from my experiences...When you have time,read as many of the posts/replies in all the chat forums...lot of different ???/answers.... be careful about placing a bid on ebay and also placing a snipe on the same auction....sometimes causes problems in that if you win with your ebay bid,A.S. WILL still snipe and you could get charged with one of your free snipes...don't double-snipe(place 2 snipes several seconds apart....you will possibly get charged for 2 snipes....although Adam can help ....be prepared to make mistakes...(I've made my share) just keep exploring and sniping....It's a great program.. thanks for great info, see my max bid is 200.00 on ebay and my max bid on AS is 210.00, is this bad or good? i thought i would put it there for a safe gaurd...is that ok.

Hi Heath & Snipers....I don't usually use A.S. as a safeguard means of bidding on an auction...Sometimes I will make a minimum bid on eBay if the seller has "Buy it Now" (don't want to pay the B.I.N. price)and then use A.S. to place my bid......Just remember,Bottom Line...whoever bids the most...highest amt..whether they are manually bidding on eBay/manually sniping on eBay or other snipers using A.S. .... the highest bid Should win...If you read some of the other posts you will see some of the problems folks are/have had...and the replies offer explanations or answers... Off the record...I've been eBaying since 01/99 and live in Ohio......Carol....

i just checked out my ebay status and the page that has the item has a auctionsniper logo on it..... do you think that means it has been sniped or will be sniped? i have set up my sniper for 3 sec lead time...i hope this will guarente my succsess. Any advice carol Heath

Heath.....The logo is letting all viewers of that seller's ebay page know about A.S. not that someone is sniping it using A.S. HOWEVER...there is a problem with eBay's NOT allowing/wanting A.S. icon on ebay seller pages...eBay has "removed" auction pages that have A.S. icon on them....There are posts regarding ebay stopping/removing these pages on A.S. chat..... Hi Heath....I've never had an auction pg taken off. I haven't been selling that much...just buying... Really going by the posts I read here...Hope the auction you're interested in won't have any problems...if it does, just email the seller for info about the item..... Yeppers, I won an auction 2/1/02 using A.S. Received notification from A.S. about what I owe them...I counted the diff auctions listed and I've won 24 auctions using A.S. since 11/25/01.. So, A.S. reeaallly works!!!!!

hi carol....i have won my 1st auction...actually 2. I used my AS. and it worked great. As for the other auction with the logo....it went to High so i backed off and i am in an ALOT better auction now. So good luck with your biddings..... Heath
