First, let me be clear that I am an Auctionsniper supporter. In some of my postings, my criticisms of some Auctionsniper policies have been taken to those of an adversary. I am not.
My question is this. Given the postings and responses to genuine customer issues in this forum, and that many are for the good of Auctionsniper (to keep their best customers) and the AS user community (to keep their favorite snipe service the best in its class), how can legitimate issues be guaraneed a hearing by Auctionsniper?
Clearly multiple postings is not the answer, but nor is censoring criticism of Auctionsniper.
Especially moments of customer frustration are Auctionsniper's opportunities to show its commitment to it's users.
Please, is it possible to get a genuine and considered response to this question, as it is clear that I am not the only one who would like attention from Auctionsniper on important issues.
