Lead Times??

I have had "Bid Not In Time" messages with 7 second leads. Is it wise to place a 20+ lead time on Ebay heavy usage time just to be sure? Or is this over-kill.

It's overkill. We're now placing 99.95% on time, the rest or either eBay lag or internet or something beyond our control. That's only 1 in 2000 snipes. Anything around 5 seconds is fine. You could probably even do 3-4 seconds just as safe.
