Lead-time question

I've read on HELP: "You should increase your lead-time to 7-12 seconds on auctions that close 5-11 p.m. Pacific (eBay) time, and on weekends, when eBay traffic is heavier". I am in Italy, to be sure to win an auction I've to set lead-time following PST time (USA & Canada) shown in the sentence, or CET time (Europe, Italy)?

It doesn't make much difference as AS adjusts the lead-time to compensate for ebay’s response time when the snipe is placed. But, if you would like confirmation from those it in the know, use this:
