1. The default lead time is 5 seconds. What is the most aggressive lead time AS recommends?

Even a 1 second lead time will work the vast majority of the time. We rarely miss snipes and even when we do it's normally an eBay hiccup which means that even a 4-5 second snipe might have missed.
Try us out. Nobody else compares. We are bigger and better in nearly every sense. From our features, # of servers, employees etc. Most are 1 man shops running on 1 or 2 computers that may even be shared. We've got 14 employees and over 20 computers that we own,installed, maintained. Our facilicy is in the Bay Area giving us one of the fastest connections to eBay servers available. There is a good reason we're growing faster than everyone else, we're the best.

Sara Did you edit this message because it mentioned two of your competitors? A bid defensive really?
Would you advertise yours in your store or shop? We're the best I know, but there is no sense in helping anyone out. We spend a LOT of money advertising which these others dont and I'm not going to help them.
