Ran across this little tidbit in a Q&A Celebrity gossip newspaper column:

Q: I heard that they are going to remake "Saturday Night Fever." Are they going to use John Travolta as an older Tony? I loved that film. -- K.N.

A: No. Barry and Robin Gibb of the BeeGees are behind the new film, which is planned as a remake of the original '70s-era film, bringing it up to the current day. But instead of tracking Tony, they're going to recast the role, and at the moment they're looking at singer Robbie Williams as the star.

Go on, Lexie, I give up - they must be pondisms across the even bigger pond!

  • RW (for me, it means Read-Write)
  • Snavel (something to do with a belly-button?)

You are going to Berlin for a show? Long way! Can't be - must mean something else.
Ah - light dawns. All six braincells firing now.
Google gave me Results 1 - 10 of about 47,600,000 for RW, so there was no way I associated it with Robbie Williams, who I do know, in the sense of having heard of him (quite a lot), but not heard him.
Snaffle is same in UK; 'twas 'snavel' that I thought was summat to do with 'navel' - 3 inches north of Confucius' crabs Big Grin
So you are really going from Oz to Germany, Lexie? Sheesh! What can I say?
