You're looking at the snipe setup section of the main page. "Quantity" refers to the number of items you want to bid on. "Delay" means the lead time for your snipe, which you have preset to 4 seconds before auction close (a dangerously short lead time if the auction ends during one of eBay's busy periods like Sunday afternoon or evening). If you want to change that go back to the main screen and click on "Modify Account," then scan down until you see the option that lets you select lead time. Or, you may manually change it if desired for every snipe you set up.
