After spending over an hour on the phone with Dell, my snipe it now link finally works, I knew it wasn't the site!!!
It was the weirdest thing, it worked on Friday evening, Saturday morning it didn't! I must have some computer gremlins turning this box on at night and screwing it up....AUGH...It's frustrating!
But now, thanks to the savy tech guy, it works.
I have to say this is probably only about the 3rd time in my life I've ever had to deal with tech support and only the 1st time they've actually helped me.
Maybe things are looking up! More sniping for me - Yippie!!!!
