If you search this board history, I'm sure you will find a post or two with me praising this service wholeheartedly.

I had not bid on anything for a few months but when I did, I returneed to AS.

It has been an adventure in pain.

Some snipes don't get done in time when I never had that problem in the past. Hard drives get full of log files. The server responds with "too busy" for hours at a time. I tried to cancel a snip 5 times and ened up owning the product anyway.

Refreshing my snipes page is a complete hit or miss proposition. Sometimes it take 20 seconds and some times it never happens. (yes if it takes 20 seconds I am happy lately and I usually have 3-5 snipes.)

I'm sure if I thought about it I could mention other things that just don't work like they used to. I don't know what became of Adam but when he was responding to problems it seems like things happened.

Not to disparrage anyone today but I don't see the same level of technical competence.

I've been using the service for the last few weeks and frankly am disappointed. I loved the "old" AS. Maybe they are just having growing pains or something but as it sits I will be forced to find another alternative if this level of service continues.

Thanks for taking the time to listen to one guy rant.

I have had so many problems lately I just do not trust them to bid anymore, I can't get in to modify bids, & am getting billed when I have to bid myself to be sure the bid gets in, If they are not avail. to modify a bid you should not be billed for them bidding after you pass a higher bid than you had set with them,Fumed!!!!!!!!
