is "MY Snipes" down today?

I cannot access "My Snipes" today, is it down??

If I cannot access the "My Snipes" page, but I set up an snipe yesterday (to snipe in a couple of hours), does the snipe still go OK??

Alternatively, if I place a manual bid on eBay, how might that interfere with the previously set snipe?
