invalid user/pass?

Why not post the problem at: http.//support.auctionsniper.com/? It can be found under help, above? They can see everything in your account and help fix the problem, I'm sure.

- Is the User ID you use on eBay the exact same User ID you use to log into AuctionSniper (the main page, NOT the forum)?

If you answered 'yes' to both of those questions, then I am as confused as you are about what may have gone wrong.

If you answered 'no' to either or both of the questions, that's the problem. The User ID and password you choose for AuctionSniper must be the exact same User ID and password you use for eBay. Again...what you use on the AuctionSniper Forum (here) is irrelevant.

Let us know what you find out from AS and/or what you figure out on your own. I would be curious to know what happened. Thanks for posting.
