International Sniping & Timing

A newbie question:

When sniping items on foreign ebay sites should the lead times be adjusted- does it take longer for the US based systems to make the connections? If it does will the auction software factor the delay into its operations.

I've made a couple of bids with 20 second lead times. I don't expect this will matter much, but...

Why 20 seconds? Set it to 8 (the forum recommendation) and let AS adjust for any delays...

Foreign sites don't need additional lead times. All our bidding takes the same amount of time irreguardless of the country of the item.
