If using USPS for international deliveries, normally only certain types of service such as the expensive airmail parcel post are insurable at all through USPS.

Does AuctionSniper insurance provide coverage for the USPS shipment methods that USPS themselves refuses to insure, for instance economy international M-bag, and flat-rate global priority envelope, both of which are much cheaper than airmail parcel post? I couldn't find any mention of USPS delivery method exclusions in the terms and conditions.

Well-informed advice would be appreciated before I change my shipping options on future purchases to the cheapest possible to take advantage of the much broader insurance coverage apparently offered by Auction Sniper's insurance, only to have any necessary claims (touch wood that won't be needed!) rejected later.
