Insurance offered through Auction Sniper

Hi, just wondered if anyone had taken advantage of the shipping insurance and then filed a claim, and what your experience was. I recently received a broken plate in a place setting of china I bought on Ebay and I was not at all pleased with the post office's handling of my insurance claim. I'm looking for alternatives. Thank you.

Claims are easy and there is a 800 phone number if needed as well. Much easier to deal with our insurance company than with the post office. I haven't heard anything bad from anyone about it.
