Insurance: Obvious but Obscure

I just tried the new insurance feature and want to make sure I understand it correctly that AuctionSnipes - or its agent - are providing the insurance, assuming it is opted, and the we should DECLINE insurance on the Seller's invoice. Right?

I have seen sales in the past where the seller is REQUIRING insurance. I supose that we somehow need to comunicate with them that we are self-insured?????

The company providing the insurance has been in that business for over 15 years I believe.
