Many of my sellers aren't receiving the EOA notitification. Is there a problem with this feature? It's very spotty to the point that I have to send emails to make sure I contact them w/in 3 days. I can't afford to do this during the weekend (when an auction ends on Fri, Sat, and Sun) because I'm offline then.

I double-checked and I do have it enabled.
