I have eBay set to notify me daily of items on my watch list. I receive e-mails on a particular watch virtually every day, and each day's e-mail usually contains between 8 and 15 items. However, when I do the same search manually, and set it to first show items newly listed, I frequently find items that were never in any search e-mail. I am not talking about items that were listed after the e-mail was sent; I mean items that were listed even a day or two earlier, but never made it to the e-mail.

Sometimes, especially when there is a BUY IT NOW feature, I may miss items that are no longer available. Does anyone else have this same situation? Confused

Hi Chatter163,
I have used this Daily Search feature alot and at first I had the same question as you do, but then I noticed that there is a LINK on the email page that takes you to the rest of the items. I guess on some searches they just can't put all of the new items on one page .
Your other question about "items listed a day or two earlier", I think that the emails that you get right after you have just started a daily search or just changed one, they will have some older items on it, I noticed it especially when there were very few of the items I was looking for.
I always have to search with a dozen or more possible word combinations. So many times the sellers don't know what they have. Big Grin
Hope this helps.
