Import wizard turns up nothing?!?!?

Wow Mrs. M, that was one of the nicer looking "Welcomes", I have seen. I and have been purusing for some time now.

As for the (ahem) "wizard", issue, yes, logged in to AS, can manual add items, even just won one, but still can not import...

I mean yeah, I think so. It says "Welcome, devin197 Sign out
Tell a friend!" at the top right...

Try logging out of it and then back in.

nope, still same thing. I log in, click on Import Wizard, comes up with the blank screen with the "import snipes" button at the bottom as if I wasn't watching anything at all...

Your AS password and ID the same as ebay and did you check "Remember me" on sign-on?

Rick, he said he has been "hand" placing snipes just fine.

yeah like I said I even manual added an auction by number, and successfully sniped an auction within the last hour... so the log in is fine. I'm dumbfounded.

logged in and out, with "remember me" on and off, no difference.

It doesn't work for me as well. Mrs. M, could you add something to your watch page and see if you can import it?

Exactly what are you trying to do? Are you trying to add an auction to your snipe list by clicking on a link? You are not trying to use Snipe it now and confusing it with wizard?

It's Import Wizard.

I don't see any auctions at all, not a link as far as the eye can see. When I click on the Import wizard tab as I used to do, I don't see all of the auctions from ebay that I am watching anymore, black screen, empty folder. Here is a cut and paste of that screen from the wizard.

I'm having the same problem with Wizard.

Mrs. M, I don't think it has anything to do with Snipe-It-Now. Love is having a problem with Import Wizard. Snipe-It-Now doesn't work with the ebay watch page.

I am having the same problem with the import wizard as well...is it possible it is on the server end?

You're not insane. Buddha and I are having the same problem. I'll report it to AS and to Sara.

What is the fastest way to report this potential problem to Auctionsniper to get it corrected?

Now, when I go to my snipes, it shows me everything I ever sniped as ready to snipe..grooooonnnn

I've already reported it. No more can be done on this. Import wizard does seem to be having a problem.

Were you having trouble with Import Wizard, or were you just testing Snipe-it-now?

We can duplicate the problem, but the programmers just headed out. They're going to work on it first thing in the morning. It'll probably be fixed by 1pm or so. Until then you'll need to add snipes manually

No, I think I confused everyone. I could not get anything on Import wizard..I could not get my snipe to work AFTER it was in place. I could not move it, change it etc.

Well, nice, lol. Sara, how do I find out if the test snipe is deleted or not? Can you see if I give you #?

Well, not exactly, Rick! I tried to cancel the snipe I tested with and the page went nuts! I still don't know if I got it canceled!
