import wizard kaput

alas, my import wizard is on strike and i can't figure out why - any ideas? even though i've been watching six to twelve items on my "my ebay" page, for a week i haven't been able to get the import wizard to list them. (i've also had the rudest, most inadequate response from an auctionsniper.com support staff member, but i'll take care of that separately). my ebay password was changed and i changed it in the auctionsniper.com info. as well. my bidding name is the same. my auctionsniper.com password is different from my ebay password. i can't figure out what's wrong; maybe someone else has had a similar problem....

I think your AS password is supposed to be the same as your eBay password, Allen. I know mine is.

That's it, wrong password means that AS cannot access your ebay account...

Change it quick!
