Hi fisnbm,

Thanks for letting us know about this. Since the watch importing functionality is not working for you, I suspect it is most likely that you are using the BETA version of the My eBay page. If this is the case, all you need to do is opt out of the use of the BETA version of the My eBay page and you should be able to use this tool once again.

If you are already using the standard version of the My eBay page and this tool still isn't working for you, please contact our customer support team using the link Rick mentioned above.
