Import watches still does not work, which is frustrating BUT even more frustrating is that I am experiencing further problems, I can't modify the amount of my bid. What happens is I get kicked out of the Snipe screen, back to home page and I am asked to log back in. This happens in a continuous loop! Incredibly frustrating and I have lost out on two items already because I can't modify my amount and the auctions ended when I was at work in meetings. I emailed to support but no doubt they are swamped at present and haven't answered me yet
Sorry for second post, but the thought just occurred to me. I think that there should be an alert when you complete login, that things are not 100% working. Not everyone reads forum messages, or is it only me (?) each time they log on. It took me a few times of the import not working before I thought something was wrong. I was blaming my computer firewall for not letting it through

Maybe yes; maybe no. Typically (I could say universally) when there’s a problem with AS, there will be SEVERAL posts about it on this forum. If there’s only one, then typically (I could say universally) it’s something on the user’s end. But, then, what do I know? (that’s a rhetorical question)

p.s. Import Wizard is working for me, but then I’ve been pretty lucky today.
Rick, or should I, yes "lucky Rick" Smile Don't think I made my point before? Apologies, what I am suggesting is that AS has everyone's email addresses so if they know that there a problem affecting all users or even just many users, they send an email to advise of the problem & what measures are being down about it. Still, I love AS Smile Even with flaws, I have won more than I have lost. I just wish I knew about it earlier in my ebay life ..
