I'd call it hedging your bet, but why the $475 bid at all? Why not $505 all the way, with five or six seconds left? With the $475 bid you're just giving a potential competitor something to shoot at. Sniping to me is one bid, maximum amount, one time only, with six seconds left.
Your snipes from our service are sniped from multiple servers at multiple ISP's in various locations in califorinia. So in most respects we are already doing this for you.
While it's possible to still miss that would most likely be an internet problem via eBays connection and would be lost in all instances.
It's a cost/benefit ratio then between our servers that snipe not getting the snipe from our main system or something like that and thus none of them firing.
I also dont see the benefit though in multiple prices. The main thing you'd be avoiding is a failure that occured only at our service and not the duplicate. And then the consideration is one of just price of paying for secondary service.
When you block a person, they can no longer invite you to a private message or post to your profile wall. Replies and comments they make will be collapsed/hidden by default. Finally, you'll never receive email notifications about content they create or likes they designate for your content.
