Why you dont put the option to include two or more ebay accounts in the same As account?

Why would you have more than one eBay account to begin with?

If you use one for buying, and one for selling, you still only need one AS account.

Or

I'm also guessing it's just easier, for programming, and book keeping.

I have two eBay accounts. One for almost everything, and one for gifts I don't want my other eBay-using friends to see

We frequently look at what the other has been bidding on ... 'What in the world were you doing buying that widget????'; 'Well, it was going to be a gift for YOU!'
