Like many of you, I'd been sniped out of auctions and was pretty grouchy about it. I couldn't figure out how bidders were sniping at the last possible second without 1)being chained to their computers or 2)having to set alarm clocks for ungodly hours (like 2 AM EST, since all eBay auctions are based on PST).

I felt sniping was sort of unethical, but recognized that if I didn't learn to use it as a tool, I'd lose many more auctions than I won. Found Auction Sniper through a logo on an eBay auction and signed up. Wooo, woo- suddenly I'm winning auctions, sleeping through the night while I do it and having more fun and less grouchy time with eBay.

So I guess I've joined the 'unethical' band of snipers and I'm glad I did. As Gordon Gekko said, "Greed is GOOD".
